Agreement
By using the Prestige Intelligence website, products or services, you agree to these terms. If you are using them on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Services
We provide AI and business automation services including WhatsApp automation, AI review management, AI business agents and workflow automation. Scope, timelines and deliverables for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
Fees and payment
Subscription and project fees are as quoted in your proposal or plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period or project phase has started.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for spam, unlawful messaging, or any activity that violates WhatsApp, Google or other platform policies. You are responsible for the content you send through our tools and for obtaining consent from your contacts.
Intellectual property
Our software, designs and documentation remain our property. Your business data, contacts and conversation content remain yours.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages caused by third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Google or your telecom provider.
